We take pride in getting our hot sauce from our kitchen to your door with care and consistency. Below is everything you need to know about how and when we ship.


Shipping Schedule

All orders are shipped on Fridays and Mondays.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (UK time) on a shipping day will be dispatched on the next scheduled shipping day.


Shipping Method

We use Royal Mail 48 for all UK orders. This is a tracked, 2–3 working day service from the day of dispatch (not from the day of order).

Please note: delivery times may vary slightly due to Royal Mail delays or during peak seasons.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and will be dispatched on the next Friday or Monday shipping day. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and based on weight and destination. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our socials and newsletter!


International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping where permitted by law. All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at Hott@hottsauces.com. Be sure to include your order number and, if applicable, a photo of the issue.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Heriot Hott is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
