Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every drop of our hot sauce! If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
Due to the nature of our product (a food item), we do not accept returns once the bottle has been opened. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Please note:

  • We do not cover return shipping cost. If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring items are packaged securely for return. We are not liable for any damage that occurs during the return shipping process.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are returned damaged, used, or otherwise not in their original condition.

Refunds
If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund for the item. Please email us at Hott@Hottsauces.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used bottles

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)
